A Senior Project Manager with a strong focus on major capital renovation mandates, Penny has successfully managed several institutional construction projects. She has a proven record of delivering time management services pertaining to planning, scheduling and monitoring. Her exposure to traditional design-build and to P3/AFP projects also makes her a valuable advisor through the complete development cycle of projects in terms of best practice, quality control and change management. Penny’s portfolio encompasses projects in the healthcare, education, culture/institutional, research and commercial sectors across Canada. Penny is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP).
