Phil Pavitt is BTY's Regional Director for the Caribbean. He joined the firm in 2001.
Phil brings over 28 years of industry experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Delivery across North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East.
He advises developers, multilateral development banks, lenders, and public authorities on the financial and construction risks of major capital projects across the Bahamas, Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, and the wider CARICOM region.
Phil is engaged across BTY’s multisector portfolio, including hospitality, housing, healthcare, education, industrial, transportation, and energy projects delivered through private finance, project finance, and public-private partnerships.
He brings a proven track record for supporting clients on complex engagements under different regulatory and market conditions, including island logistics and climate risk exposure that shape Caribbean development today.
