Phil is a Director at BTY with 20 years of international and Canadian industry experience. He originally joined BTY in 2001.
His focus areas are Lenders Services, Cost Management, Project Monitoring, Project Management for Financial Institutions, Private Real Estate Developers and Investors, Architects and Designers, and Public Authorities and Building Owners.
Phil has been active in a wide range of sectors and markets, working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, health-care, educational, industrial and large P3 infrastructure projects in Canada, the Caribbean, UK and EMEA countries.
He has been equally active in industry organizations, serving on the Board of Directors of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Canada and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS).
