Robyn is a Director at BTY with 10 years of industry experience. She joined BTY in 2019.
Robyn is an experienced Cost Consultant and Development Advisory expert, and has provided construction-phase Project Monitoring services on more than $1 billion of project investments. Her areas of expertise include Development Due Diligence, Cost Planning, Budget Analysis, Loan Monitoring and Risk Management. Robyn brings a diverse portfolio of experience, including high-rise residential, purpose-built rental, mixed-use, commercial and student accommodation projects across Eastern Canada.
