Ryan Povey

Ryan’s primary focus areas are Project Monitoring and Lender Services and business development in the Pacific Region. He brings extensive experience reflected in his wide-ranging project portfolio, which spans the residential, commercial, industrial, hotel, office, education, and infrastructure sectors. Ryan has also worked with private developers on some of the largest mixed-use developments in Canada, gaining a full understanding of project challenges and solutions. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS).

What attracted you to BTY?
