Sam is a Director at BTY 8 seven years of industry experience. He joined BTY in 2016.
Sam is a senior leader on the firm’s Infrastructure Advisory team for North America. He leads project teams on Technical Advisory, Transaction Advisory, and Payment Certification services. He is responsible for preparing technical due diligence on payment mechanisms, equipment review, facility management, lifecycle, constructability, and schedule analysis. Sam has advised on project investments totaling more than $15 billion across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, utilities, entertainment and sports venues, transportation and transit, healthcare and academic facilities projects.
