Sean is an Associate Director at BTY with nine years of industry experience. He joined BTY in 2013.
Sean is a Project Leader in BTY’s Lenders Services team based out of Toronto. His areas of expertise include Budget Reviews, Construction Phase Monitoring and Payment Certification. Sean’s project portfolio covers real estate projects in the commercial, mixed-use/ residential, entertainment, industrial and education sectors. Sean is working toward attaining his accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
