Tom is a Director at BTY with over 15 years of international industry experience. He joined BTY in 2019.
Tom is a leader in Project Management Services who brings over 15 years of international industry experience in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, and the United States. His primary focus includes capital infrastructure and commercial mandates in the district energy sector, transportation, utilities, public realm and large-scale development projects.
He has a proven ability to work in an Owner’s Representative role under multiple project delivery models including P3, Design-Build, Construction Management and Design-Bid-Build. Tom’s background in engineering, procurement and construction companies provides him with a comprehensive perspective on project feasibility, constructability, and long-term asset management.
He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS), and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
