Wayne is a Director at BTY with 15 years of industry experience. He joined BTY in 2015.
Wayne’s areas of expertise include Lenders Services, Project Monitoring, Payment Certification, and Cost Management services. Based in BTY’s Vancouver office, Wayne leads projects in the residential, purpose-built rental, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Wayne is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS), and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional.
