BTY, acting as the Lenders’ Technical Advisor on the SH 288 project is pleased to extend our thanks to the Blueridge Transportation Group consortium for the opportunity to participate in this major project, and we would like to congratulate all involved in delivering this important achievement.
The $815 million CapEx project is being delivered under the Design Build Finance Operate and Maintain model. It comprises a 10.3-mile section of the SH 288 from US-59 to the Harris County line.
BTY is also engaged to provide the Construction Phase Monitoring services to the lending group.
