The latest P3 project to achieve this milestone in Turkey also had one of the shortest Financial Close periods for live projects in the country so far.
BTY, acting as the Lenders’ Technical, Environmental and Social Advisor on the project, would like to congratulate all the stakeholders and project team members involved in Konya Karatay Integrated Healthcare Campus (IHC) for securing this major achievement.

The Konya IHC has two primary components, a General Hospital, and a Women and Paediatrics Hospital. The Project will have a total bed capacity of 838 beds and a capital cost of EUR 254 million. It is being delivered under the Design Build Finance and Maintain model. When complete, it will also include a tri-generation plant with an estimated maximum installed capacity of 7500 kVA that is geared to be partially self-sufficient for power generation. The Project Sponsor is YDA Insaat AS.
This is the fourth of BTY’s seven projects in Turkey. The firm’s mandate includes providing full cost and risk advisory services before construction as well as monitoring the 36-month construction phase on behalf of the Lenders Group. BTY is also the appointed Independent Technical Advisor for the project.
