	June 2009 ‘A Plenary & Innisfree joint venture led consortium have been selected as the preferred bidder for the design, build, finance and maintain contract for the new Bridgepoint Hospital project in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. BTY Group is undertaking the role of Lenders' Technical Advisor and Independent Certifier for this project.

	Feburary 2009 ‘BTY Group appointed as Cost Managers for the new $50million Women’s Correctional Facility in the Yukon Territory, Canada’

	March, 2009 ‘Niagara Health System & Plenary Group reaches financial close to design, build, finance and maintain the new 375 bed Niagara Regional Hospital in Ontario, Canada. BTY Group is undertaking the role of Lender's Technical Advisor for the project.'

	March, 2009 'An Innisfree & Acciona joint venture led consortium have been selected as the preferred bidder for the design, build, finance and maintain contract for the new Fort St. John Regional Hospital in British Columbia, Canada.
