Located in Kirkland, Quebec, the Residence facility is a national leader in palliative care delivery and management. BTY is developing the project delivery plan, feasibility study, and managing the project’s budget, schedule and cash flow forecast. We will also be providing day-to-day problem solving and coordination to ensure the project is finished on time and within approved costs.
