  • Cahermurphy CMII Wind Farm

    Co. Clare

    The development consists of expanding the existing Cahermurphy Wind Farm, which consists of three Enercon E92 2.3 MW wind turbines.

  • BC Place Stadium

    Vancouver, BC

    BC Place, located in downtown Vancouver, is a premier multi-purpose stadium with a 54,500-seat capacity, iconic retractable roof, and a rich history in hosting CFL, MLS, concerts, and major events including the 2015 Women’s World Cup final. Ahead of hosting multiple matches in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, BC Place is undergoing its most extensive renovations since 2011: installation of a temporary natural grass pitch, upgraded locker rooms and broadcast/media facilities, new elevators for improved accessibility, revamped washrooms, food courts, hospitality suites, and a new central scoreboard and outdoor video displays. These enhancements are focused on meeting FIFA standards, elevating the fan and athlete experience, and leaving a lasting legacy of accessibility and modern amenity improvements.

  • Deep Lake Water Cooling Project – 4th Intake Expansion

    Toronto, ON

    The 4th Intake Project involves the expansion of the Enwave Energy Corporation’s Deep Lake Water Cooling (“DLWC”) system with the support of up to $10 million in federal funding. A sustainable energy project, DLWC draws cold water from Lake Ontario to cool hospitals, educational campuses, government buildings, commercial and residential buildings in Toronto’s downtown core. The project will reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce strain on the electricity and water systems, help support and attract new development, and make the city more resilient.

  • Edmonton Downtown Arena & Entertainment Centre

    Edmonton, AB

    The project involves the construction of a multi-purpose sports and entertainment facility encompassing an NHL hockey rink in Edmonton’s renowned ICE District. The project also includes a pedestrian bridge corridor to a light rail transit connection.

  • Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario – 1Door4Care Project

    Ottawa, ON

    The project will merge seven existing care locations currently spread across the city into a single, state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility on CHEO’s main campus at Smyth Road. It will include multi-use clinic space, a physiotherapy rehab gym, expanded mental health clinics, indoor and outdoor education and therapy space, secure space for children who have been abused, treatment rooms for kids with behavioural issues, advanced technology to enable virtual care, and family support spaces. The building will also include a physical link to the main building on campus.

  • JFK Airport Terminals 6 & 7 Redevelopment

    New York, NY

    This project includes the construction of Terminal 6 and Terminal 7 for JetBlue Airlines at JFK International Airport. It comprises the addition of larger international use gates, checking and security areas, new curb frontage, enhancements to existing AirTrain stations, and the development of terminal amenities.

  • Philadelphia 30th Street Station

    Philadelphia, PA

    This project will be divided into two phases, the first of which includes projects for repair and modernization. This involves updating or replacing the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, renovation of 30,000 sf of retail space, as well as the redevelopment of the North and South Office Towers, which are each 110,000 sf.

    The second phase of the project will include renovation of the existing valet parking garage into a new North Concourse, developing a new West Underground Concourse where there is an existing underground garage, and developing a redesign and reconstruction plan for the Station Plaza into a public space.

  • California State University, Fresno Central Heating and Cooling Plant Modernization

    Fresno, CA

    The project involves the upgrade and modernization of the university’s central heating and cooling plant and ancillary infrastructure, as well as the implementation of various energy efficiency upgrades across the campus.

  • Enwave Charlottetown Waste-to-Energy

    Charlottetown, PEI

    Enwave’s district energy plant services 145 buildings across the island by converting municipal solid waste and biomass (scrap wood from forest harvesting operations) to energy, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and diverting landfill waste by 90%.

  • Sen̓áḵw Squamish First Nation Redevelopment

    Vancouver, BC

    The Sen̓áḵw Squamish First Nation Redevelopment is the largest partnership between a First Nation and a private Developer in Canadian history. The project is also Canada’s first large-scale net zero carbon housing development – and one of only a few in the world. The new development includes 11 mixed-use towers that will fill the 10-acre L-shaped parcel of land and features a district energy system, mass timber construction, and landmark Coast Salish architecture & design. This joint venture with the Squamish First Nation and Westbank will transform the Kitsilano neighbourhood in Vancouver

  • Social Housing PPP Bundle 2

    Various Locations, Ireland

    The PPP project is being procured by the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) to deliver 1,500 additional social housing units, through an availability-based model. Bundle 2 comprises 456 social housing units that will be developed across 8 sites.
