Over the past 12 months, our team supported eight transactions to financial close across the United States and Canada. These spanned managed lanes, toll roads, healthcare, justice, water, student housing and campus utilities, and included new-build financings, refinancings and secondary-market acquisitions.
At the same time, BTY monitored more than 65 project finance engagements through construction and operations. That portfolio covers bridges, tunnels, transit, aviation, healthcare, higher education, utility systems and renewable energy.
This breadth reflects a deliberate strategy of taking deep technical expertise into new sectors and markets.
