Michael Jenkins joined BTY’s Calgary office in 2013, bringing over 12 years of industry experience. As a seasoned expert in Lender Services, Michael has been instrumental in laying the foundation for BTY’s expansion in the Prairies. His contributions have significantly advanced our fast-growing portfolio across residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
Ben Weishaupt began his career at BTY’s Saskatoon office in 2014 and has amassed over 10 years of industry experience. Ben’s expertise span Technical Advisory, Independent Certifier, and Lender Services across diverse real estate and infrastructure projects. After moving to BTY Calgary, Ben has played a pivotal role in driving BTY’s growth across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
Kristian Keinhorst joined BTY in 2019 with over 20 years of industry experience. Kristian’s background includes roles as a Project Manager, Estimator, and Surveyor delivering social infrastructure and hospitality projects in the UK. In Vancouver, he has elevated our team’s service delivery capabilities in Project Monitoring & Lender Services, providing invaluable training and mentorship to junior and intermediate team members.
Niall Gunning joined BTY in 2018, bringing over 9 years of experience. Leading Lender Services projects in BC across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, Niall’s prior work as a Project Surveyor on London’s iconic Canary Wharf has informed his exemplary leadership at BTY. Niall embodies BTY’s culture of building shared success together.
