BTY Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Manish Mehta as the new Director based in BTY's Montreal office.

With over 19 years of experience as a senior leader in project loan monitoring services, Manish brings a wealth of expertise in working closely with Quebec’s leading developers, lenders, and investors across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

BTY’s Montreal office, founded over 15 years ago through engagements on key infrastructure projects in healthcare and transportation, has since evolved to establish a multidisciplinary Quebec team with well-rounded expertise in Project Monitoring & Lender Services, Cost Management, Project Management, and Infrastructure Advisory services.

Manish’s appointment further strengthens BTY’s strategic growth plans in Quebec. With a focus on key growth drivers for the construction industry in Quebec, including real estate development, urbanization and population growth, renewable energy projects, and infrastructure investment, BTY is poised to capitalize on the opportunities present in the region’s dynamic market.

“Manish’s extensive experience and proven track record align perfectly with BTY’s commitment to delivering exceptional value and expertise to our clients in Quebec,” said BTY Director Rob Wilson, who leads the firm’s Project Monitoring & Lender Services business unit. “His leadership will play a pivotal role in driving our growth trajectory as we continue to expand our presence and service offerings in the region.”

BTY is currently providing advisory and project delivery services on project investments totaling over $10 billion in real estate, infrastructure, and energy assets in Quebec.
