Based in BTY’s Montreal office, Manish brings over 19 years of senior leadership experience in Project Monitoring & Lender Services. He has extensive consulting experience with leading Quebec developers, lenders and investors, as well as a portfolio of experience in the residential, commercial, institutional and industrial sectors.

Manish is a Member of the Ordre de Ingénieurs du Québec and an accredited Construction Estimator Certified with the CIQS – Québec.
