BTY is excited to share we were awarded “Employer of the Year” by the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade at the 2022 Business Distinction Awards.
The Awards are intended to recognize businesses who have gone above and beyond in exemplifying their dedication to innovation, sustainability and community building in our region.
Specifically, the Employer of the Year has implemented best practices for recruitment and employee retention through employee motivation and happiness and creating an overall positive workplace culture.
