We are thrilled to announce that Kieran Halton has been appointed as the Director of Certifier Services for BTY Ireland.
Kieran, who joined our Dublin office in 2022, has been pivotal in the success of our Certifier service line in Ireland, demonstrating exceptional dedication and expertise.
With over 34 years of industry experience, Kieran brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven approach to the role. His areas of expertise include Independent Tester (IT) and Assigned Certifier (AC) services for residential, commercial, and education projects. These specialisms are essential for seamlessly driving compliance and certification of works working closely with designers, contractors, and clients.
Kieran’s extensive background includes roles as a Project Manager, Resident Engineer, and Registered Building Surveyor. He has worked across diverse sectors such as property, social infrastructure, transportation, and airports, both in Ireland and the Middle East.
In his new role, Kieran will lead the expansion of our service capabilities and local team, unlocking new sectors and growing our client base in line with BTY Ireland’s strategic growth plan.
