Kieran is the Director of Certifier Services for BTY Ireland. He has over 34 years of industry experience and joined the firm in 2022.
Kieran has been instrumental in driving the success of our Certifier Services for the Ireland market. His areas of expertise include Independent Tester (IT) and Assigned Certifier (AC) services for residential, commercial, and education projects.
The IT and AC specialisms play a critical role in ensuring the design team, the contractor, and the client work in concert to achieve compliance with building regulations and certification of works.
Kieran brings a wide range of experience and expertise to the position, having worked as a Project Manager, Resident Engineer, and Registered Building Surveyor in property, social infrastructure, transportation, and airport sectors across Ireland and the Middle East.
Kieran is a Registered Building Surveyor and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). He has represented Ireland at three world kayaking championship competitions, winning both gold and silver medals.
