The Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) is replacing its existing administrative building near Bermondsey Road and Eglinton Avenue East in Toronto.
The modern facility will provide a new head office for the OSSTF/FEESO, while also creating space for tenants throughout the commercial portion of the building. With office spaces joined by a central atrium, the building will offer abundant outside views, natural light, as well as numerous communal areas for staff and tenants.
Designed by Toronto-based architects Moriyama & Teshima, the mass-timber building overlooks the Don Valley, providing a highly sustainable, and innovative new workplace that will target LEEDv4 Platinum and will utilize Net-Zero Carbon strategies.
