Brady Rodgers

Brady is a Project Manager at BTY’s Halifax office, bringing over 10 years of experience in construction management across a range of sectors, including Heavy Civil, Industrial, Commercial, Institutional (ICI), Energy, Transportation, and Healthcare projects. Brady joined BTY in 2024 and is known for his exceptional ability to deliver projects of any size or scale, providing clients with the highest standards of project management expertise.

Having worked with large General Contractors in both the public and private sectors, Brady has developed a strong foundation in stakeholder coordination, contract negotiation, and risk management. His attention to detail, combined with his passion for building high-quality projects, has consistently resulted in remarkable value for clients throughout his career. Brady’s areas of expertise include constructability reviews, design management, value engineering, QA/QC management, and project procurement. He is also highly skilled in change management, master budget and schedule development, and ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.

Brady holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University, and has completed specialized training in Infection Control (CSA Z317) and Lean Construction through AGC America. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with Engineers Nova Scotia and a LEED v4 Green Associate accreditation through the Canada Green Building Council, reflecting his commitment to sustainability and high-performance building practices. With a comprehensive background in project management and a passion for quality construction, Brady plays a critical role in delivering successful projects for BTY’s clients across diverse sectors.
