Garrett is a Senior Project Consultant at BTY, specializing in Quantity Surveying and Fund Monitoring services. After joining BTY Vancouver in 2019, Gary worked on a diverse portfolio of projects across Canada and the United States, focusing on commercial, industrial, and mixed-use residential developments. In 2024, he transitioned to BTY’s Dublin office, where his expertise is now centered on quantity surveying, construction phase fund monitoring, and providing project management support services.

Gary is highly skilled in evaluating project costs and construction schedules, ensuring they align with loan agreements and contractual obligations. His role involves constant project monitoring, including site inspections, assessing regulatory compliance, identifying risks, and reviewing claims. He also provides essential services such as budget reviews, payment certifications, progress reporting, and analysis of change orders, which are key to ensuring smooth project execution and mitigating financial risks.
