Padraic Kelly is a Director at BTY and a member of the firm’s senior leadership team, bringing nearly 20 years of experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Since joining BTY in 2010, he has played a central role in building the firm’s market leadership across British Columbia and the broader Pacific Northwest. Known for his pragmatic approach and strong market insight, Padraic consistently delivers value on complex real estate developments, aligning construction execution with financial objectives.
Padraic works closely with lenders, developers, and institutional investors to deliver strategic advisory services across the full project lifecycle. He leads multidisciplinary teams providing due diligence, construction loan monitoring, risk assessment, budget and schedule analysis, and progress reporting—helping clients make informed investment decisions and safeguard project outcomes. A trusted advisor to both domestic and international capital providers, Padraic has been instrumental in expanding BTY’s presence across Vancouver Island, the BC Interior, and into cross-border markets in the United States. His work has supported the growth of the firm’s investment monitoring portfolio while strengthening relationships with global lenders and development partners.
