Padraic is a Director at BTY with 15+ years of industry experience. He joined the firm in 2010.
Padraic is one of BTY’s most experienced Lenders Services professionals based in the firm’s Vancouver office. He has led Budget Review, Construction Phase Monitoring, Schedule Review and Payment Certification services on hundreds of projects in the residential, mixed-use, rental, commercial, hospitality, retail and industrial sectors. Prior to joining the Lenders Services team, he worked extensively as a Risk and Technical Advisor on infrastructure, education and social housing projects across Canada. Padraic also specializes in monitoring Canada-U.S. cross-border project investments in real estate.
Padraic is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has been of a member the RICS Chapter Board for three years.
