Padraic is a senior leader at BTY and the Regional Director for British Columbia, leading the firm’s Lender Services business in one of it largest regional markets. He joined the firm in 2010. With 20 years of experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Padraic has played a central role in BTY’s West Coast market leadership, overseeing engagements on some of the region’s most complex real estate developments. He leads a high-performing team that delivers strategic support to lenders and investors through comprehensive risk assessment, budget analysis, schedule evaluation, and progress reporting. Padraic has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest regions of Canada and the United States, helping to grow the firm’s cross-border investment monitoring portfolio and deepen its relationships with global capital providers.
