Simon leads the Ottawa office project delivery team with over 14 years of experience in the construction project management industry. He brings practical knowledge in the areas of design management, value engineering, schedule control, construction methodology, quality control, and contract administration. His project contributions span all phases of the project lifecycle with specific experience in project integration, scope, time, cost, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management.
Simon is also an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP).
