Are you an exceptional leader?

At BTY, we’re always on the look-out for top candidates to join our team.

Let's Talk

BTY has signed on to become a member of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) and committed to achieving the Council’s Progressive Aboriginal Relations ™ Certification (PAR).

The CCAB’s mission is to promote, strengthen and enhance a prosperous Indigenous economy through the fostering of business relationships, opportunities, and awareness for all of our members.

The PAR™ Certification program provides a framework for corporate performance under three objectives:
• Being good business partners with Indigenous firms and organizations
• Operating great places to work for Indigenous talent
• Committing to the prosperity of Indigenous communities

This is one step in our journey to take progressive actions on Reconciliation, and we see it as a great opportunity to learn from and walk a shared path together with the Indigenous people in the communities we serve.

The Truth & Reconciliation Commission of Canada’s Calls to Action include specific responsibilities for corporate Canada to make meaningful progress on, including recommendation #92 for Canadian businesses to undertake meaningful relationship development with Indigenous peoples, support their skill and capacity development, and create access to opportunities.

The CCAB will help us build the bridge between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples, businesses, and communities through diverse programming, providing tools, training, network building, major business awards, and national events.
