BTY has partnered with Indspire and committed long-term to funding annual scholarships for Indigenous youth through the Indspire Building Brighter Futures Program.
Indspire is an Indigenous Canadian charity that invests in the education of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people to improve lasting positive outcomes for individuals, their families and their communities.
We are moved by Indspire’s leadership in creating opportunities for businesses to collaborate and take meaningful actions for Reconciliation, including investing in the future generations of Indigenous talent.
Every year for the next 25 years, the BTY Group Award will be given to students in construction-related fields who demonstrate outstanding achievements and serve as a role model for Indigenous youth.
As a firm with offices across Canada, BTY will also provide placements for Indigenous students and career opportunities for graduates entering the workforce.
